Gavi’s Song -
Lindsey Sterling
Katie Locke (Concert Master, Senior, Class of ‘26) performs Lindsey Sterling’s “Gavi’s Song” on solo violin with a backing track.
Gavi’s Song is dedicated Jason Gaviati, Lindsey Sterling’s friend and keyboardist who passed away following a heart attack in 2015. The two began writing this song while Gaviatti was in the hospital. It and the album it appears on are dedicated to his memory.
Student Composer Highlight: Caleb Payne
